Free diagnostic
The current free diagnostic runs in your browser. PolicyFix does not receive the answers you type into that diagnostic unless you separately choose to email us or purchase an audit and provide case details through checkout.
Paid audit
For paid orders, PolicyFix may receive the contact and case information you provide through the payment provider or by email. Payment-card processing is handled by the payment provider; PolicyFix does not request full card details.
Data minimization
Do not send passwords, Google account credentials, payment-card data, private keys or other access secrets. PolicyFix does not need Google Ads login access or customer-ID control permissions to deliver the founding audit.
Use and retention
Case information is used to deliver the requested audit, answer support questions and maintain basic business records. We aim to retain only what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
